Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@noriedit.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after processing has started. For items that have already been delivered, returns can be initiated in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or periods of high order volume
- Severe weather or natural events
- Courier delays or operational disruptions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed and approved, you can request an exchange item or a full refund.
