Nori Edit is committed to making returns, exchanges, and cancellations straightforward. This policy explains how to handle items purchased through our online store, in compliance with consumer protection laws.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. To start a return or exchange, email our support team at info@noriedit.com and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos, if they help explain the issue
Return instructions and address will be provided after your return or exchange request has been approved.
Which Items Can Be Returned Or Exchanged
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet these conditions:
- Remain in the same condition as when delivered (unused and unwashed)
- Contain all original packaging, labels, and accessories
Returns or Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:
- Items do not meet the condition requirements outlined above.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery
- Items are returned without prior authorization.
- Items are requested after the 30-day return period.
Exchange Procedure
Once we receive and approve your request, our team will guide you through the return process with clear, step‑by‑step instructions and arrange shipment of your replacement item.
- If you’ve requested an exchange and the replacement item is available, we'll dispatch it after we receive and approve the returned product.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@noriedit.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and its packaging
Once reviewed and approved, you can request an exchange item or a full refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days after approval. The time for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified once the refund is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@noriedit.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after processing has started. For items that have already been delivered, returns can be initiated by following the steps described above.
Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for return shipping when items are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please package items securely to avoid damage during return transit. No restocking fees are applied.
